MUSIC LICENSING AGREEMENT

The following Agreement explains the licensing arrangement Charmed Life Music, LLC will have with you, the Licensor, once you buy and download our music for your Video and Photography needs.

Charmed Life Music, LLC will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site, lifetime license to use the music along with any of your own audio or video productions.

The use of any Charmed Life Music song in a major theatrical release or in mass-market retail distribution (3,000+ units) is licensed separately by contacting Tom Gaudreau at tom@charmedlifemusic.com.

You the Licensor, are not permitted to share, resell, reproduce, or transfer the music to any other individual or production company. Any attempt to reproduce, share or resell the music will subject you to criminal prosecution. The Charmed Life Music catalog is protected by the copyright laws of the United States.

Please Note: Domestic and international broadcast of Charmed Life Music is cleared through BMI, whose revenues are collected directly from broadcast station licensing, not you as the Licensor. If your production is to be broadcasted, you are required to file a cue sheet with BMI. There is no extra charge to do this, to you, the producer.

To prevent unauthorized re-use of the music and to protect yourself from liability, it is recommended that the following message be included in each of your productions:

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE MUSIC CONTAINED IN THIS PRODUCTION IS SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

All copyrights, licensing, duplication and distribution rights are held exclusively by Charmed Life Music, LLC and Lopez-Gaudreau Publishing (BMI).
